Terms of use
Version of 21 October 2026. Please read them carefully: by using the site, you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Preamble
Radar Bourse (the "Site") is a personal, free, non-commercial and educational project, published by a private individual (the "Publisher"). It publishes technical analyses and statistical estimates produced automatically by a computer program. It has no clients, no subscriptions, no advertising and no paid partnerships.
Article 1 – Definitions
- User : any person who visits the Site, in any way.
- Content : all the information displayed (prices, charts, indicators, scores, signals, probabilities, scenarios, simulations, automatically generated texts, news, fundamental and context data).
- Signal : any automatic qualification of an asset (for example "bullish", "bearish", "strong signal", "take-off setup").
- Third-party data : information provided by external services (Yahoo Finance, Binance, CryptoCompare, Finnhub, CoinGecko, alternative.me, news publishers).
Article 2 – Purpose
These terms set out the rules for accessing and using the Site. The Site's only purpose is to illustrate, for learning and curiosity, how technical analysis tools and statistical methods applied to financial markets work.
Article 3 – Acceptance
Accessing the Site means full acceptance of these terms, in the version in force at the time of the visit. The User acknowledges having read them, in particular the risk warning and the Methodology page.
Article 4 – Access to the Site
The Site is free to access, without registration. The Publisher does not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free, and may suspend, change or close it at any time, without notice or compensation. Internet access costs remain the User's responsibility.
Article 5 – Nature of the Content: no advice
The Content is general, identical for every visitor and produced automatically, without taking into account anyone's financial situation, objectives, experience or risk profile. Accordingly:
- it does not constitute investment advice or a personal recommendation;
- it is not an offer, a solicitation or an incentive to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument or a crypto-asset;
- the Publisher is not a financial investment adviser, an investment service provider, a crypto-asset service provider or an intermediary, and carries out none of these activities;
- the Site manages no money, executes no orders and receives no funds.
The labels "bullish" or "bearish" describe the statistical direction of indicators at a given moment. They never mean "buy" or "sell".
Article 6 – Method, sources and transparency
For an objective presentation, the calculation method, data sources, known limits, measured reliability and the declaration of conflicts of interest are published in the "Methodology" section, which is an integral part of these terms. The success rate of past forecasts is shown on the Site, including when it is unfavourable.
Article 7 – Risks
The User acknowledges being informed that every investment carries risks, in particular:
- a risk of partial or total loss of the capital invested;
- high volatility, especially for crypto-assets, which can lose most of their value in a short time;
- liquidity, currency, platform-failure or issuer-default risks;
- losses that may exceed the stake when using leverage or derivatives.
Past performance, backtests, simulations and scenarios are no guarantee of future performance.
Article 7a – "Extreme scenarios" mode
The "extreme scenarios" mode shows very unlikely statistical scenarios (about one chance in twenty each), favourable and unfavourable. It is only available after explicit confirmation, renewed at each activation, by which the User acknowledges the highly speculative nature of this information, the absence of any liability of the Publisher, and that they are of legal age. These scenarios are not targets, forecasts or incentives to invest; they can be exceeded in either direction.
Article 8 – User responsibility
The User is solely responsible for the use they make of the Content and for the decisions they take, and for their consequences. Before any decision, it is up to them to check the information with official sources, assess their own situation and, if necessary, consult a licensed professional. They undertake never to invest money they may need or borrowed money. Investment decisions are reserved for adults with legal capacity.
Article 9 – No warranty
The Content is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose or result. It may contain calculation errors, programming errors, delays or interruptions, and relies on Third-party data that the Publisher does not control. Prices shown may be delayed; only the prices of the User's platform or intermediary are authoritative.
Article 10 – Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, resulting from access to the Site, its use, the inability to use it or reliance on the Content, in particular: financial or capital losses, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, investment decisions, errors or omissions in the Content, unavailability of the Site, failure of Third-party data, viruses or intrusions. Nothing in these terms limits the Publisher's liability where the law prohibits such a limitation.
Article 11 – Third-party data and external links
The Site displays Third-party data and links to external sites (news articles, authorities, data services). The Publisher has no control over this content, does not guarantee its accuracy or availability, and accepts no liability for its content, practices or terms of use. A link is neither an endorsement nor a recommendation. Article headlines belong to their respective publishers.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
The Site's structure, texts and code are protected. Any substantial reproduction or reuse without permission is prohibited, except for strictly personal, non-commercial use. Trademarks, company names and asset names mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Charts use the TradingView Lightweight Charts™ library, under the Apache 2.0 licence.

Article 13 – Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to: extract the Content massively or automatically; resell it, include it in a paid service or present it as professional advice; harm the security or operation of the Site; display the Site inside another site while passing it off as one's own (the official widget offered on each asset page, which shows the Site's name and links back to it, may however be embedded freely); use the Site for any unlawful purpose, in particular price manipulation or spreading misleading information.
Article 14 – Personal data
The Site collects no personal data. Details are in the "Privacy" section.
Article 15 – Changes to the terms
The Publisher may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of the visit. The date of the last update appears at the top of this text.
Article 16 – Severability and non-waiver
If a clause were declared void or unenforceable, the other clauses would remain in force. The Publisher's failure to enforce a clause does not mean it waives the right to enforce it later.
Article 17 – Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the User agrees to contact the Publisher first (see "Legal notice") to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under ordinary rules, without prejudice to the protective provisions enjoyed by consumers.

Privacy
The site requires no account, collects no personal data and uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools.
Your browser only stores locally the fact that you read the warning, your favourites, your theme, your display mode, your challenge bets and your virtual portfolio. The "Save to a file" button creates a file on your device: nothing is sent. This information never leaves your device; you can erase it by clearing the site's data.
Audience measurement: the site counts visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly tool: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profile. Only aggregated figures are kept (number of visits, pages viewed, country, device type); IP addresses are not recorded. This is only used to know whether the site is useful.
To display the page, your browser connects to third-party services (Google Fonts for fonts, Binance, CryptoCompare and possibly Finnhub for live prices). These services receive your IP address, as for any web page, under their own privacy policies.
